Standpunkt: Don’t kill Small and Mid Caps!

Die Deutsche Börse beabsichtigt, die Regeln für die Zusammensetzung von MDAX, SDAX und TecDAX zu ändern. Die industriebasierte Trennung zwischen Classic- und Techunternehmen soll aufgehoben werden, die Anzahl der Unternehmen in MDAX und SDAX soll auf jeweils 60 erhöht werden und Unternehmen aus dem DAX sollen Zugang zum TecDAX erhalten. Grundsätzlich ist die geplante Neuregelung zu begrüßen – dennoch sollten mindestens 70 Unternehmen in S- und MDAX das Gebot der Stunde sein, meint DIRK-Geschäftsführer Kay Bommer in seinem Gastbeitrag im GoingPublic-Magazin.
