The survey "What matters in the boradroom? Director and investor views on trends shaping governance and the board of the future" focus on what IR Directors and institutional investors want the most out of corporate governance.
The survey was created with the intent of identifying particular industry trends that are shaping corporate governance and will consequently impact the board of the future. 863 directors responded to PwC’s Annual Corporate Directors Survey, 70% of which serve on the boards of companies with more than $1 billion in annual revenue. In addition, institutional investors with approximately over $11 trillion in assets under management responded to PwC’s 2014 Investor Survey. The research places both directors and investors against each other to represent shared viewpoints and underline diverse perspectives.
